CasaCare REMALEX S.L. is run by a German owner who can understand from his own experience the various problems between property owners and service providers with their language difficulties, cultural interests and, above all, quality requirements: We set the new benchmark with our standards.

Even with an absence of only 14 days, sanitary facilities and installations should be checked and flushed, depending on the season and the outside temperatures, the indoor climate and room temperature must be controlled and adjusted to prevent mold growth and damage to walls, furniture and textiles. Garden maintenance as well as pool maintenance and cleaning are of course required. The check for traces of burglary enables immediate intervention, e.g. to prevent a squat (according to Spanish laws). Regular maintenance helps to maintain the value of your property and saves you work, hassle and costs.

Depending on your requirements and wishes, you can choose from a range of services that are tailored to the individual needs of your property.

With the Classic, Premium and Platinum packages, you can have your property serviced every week, two weeks or four weeks.

A two-week check-up is sufficient in the majority of cases. The most modern properties (with central heating/heat pump, remote maintenance/domotic©, pool cover) can get by with a four-week inspection during the cold season. In summer, however, the pool and garden should be checked and maintained weekly.

In accordance with the regulations in force in Spain, you can cancel the management of your property by us with a four-week notice period to the end of the month.

By deciding to have your property managed by us, you issue a SEPA direct debit mandate (direct debit authorization).

When applying for a Spanish tax number (NIE – Número de Identidad de Extranjero), we will of course help you and put you in touch with the official contacts and/or accompany you in your dealings with the authorities.

For the opening of a Spanish bank account as well as the conclusion of insurance (health insurance, household insurance, building fire/natural hazard insurance), we put you in touch with agents who will communicate with you in your local language.
